How Resurfacing Works
- Resurfacing follows the same process as our remodels: a consultation and site visit, a proposal, a contract, then the work itself. After the new finish is applied, water is added and chemicals are added to ensure proper curing. Then we do a walkthrough with you.
Interior Finish Warranty
- New plaster, pebble and quartz finishes carry a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship related to application and bond failure. Cosmetic variation, staining, scale and damage from improper water chemistry aren't covered. Full warranty terms are provided with your contract.
Where We Resurface
- Across the Peninsula, including Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Woodside, Hillsborough, Los Altos, Redwood City and San Mateo. For remodels, we will go farther out.
